Associate Manager, Strategy and Operations, Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute DoorDash’s strategy in new markets while being accountable for generating direct business impact for DoorDash.

• Examine fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform – perform comprehensive end-to-end analysis that enhances our ability to identify malicious actors and improves the experience for legitimate users.

• Engage and influence across the organization – collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to set objectives and create strategic initiatives.

• Enhance processes through experimentation – leverage data-driven decision-making to conduct tests aimed at minimizing fraud while promoting growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, investment banking, analytics, or similar roles; experience in high-growth tech preferred.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects, achieving targets, and thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities; strong proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
