Associate Manager – Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily line management tasks of the designated team.

• Act as a positive leadership and professional role model for team members.

• Offer direct coaching and development assistance to operational teams.

• Oversee induction and orientation programs for all new hires.

• Ensure that all staff CVs, training records, position descriptions, and experience profiles are accurate and complete.

• Assist with the local resourcing process and support project and functional leads.

• Provide training on Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Manage and review systems such as CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity.

• Assess the performance of staff, including conducting PAVs.

• Oversee staff management tasks, including interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and mentorship.

• Authorize time records, expense claims, leave requests, and overtime.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field.

• Prior experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

• Proficient English and Turkish language skills, with strong grammar proficiency.

• Must reside in Istanbul, Türkiye.
