This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Spearhead marketing campaigns for backlist titles and themed collections, including niche verticals and media collaborations.
β’ Actively track changes in publishing, social media dynamics, and cultural events.
β’ Collaborate closely with the account team to pinpoint backlist titles suitable for pricing promotions.
β’ Evaluate the outcomes of backlist promotions and leverage those insights to refine future strategies.
β’ Collaborate with wider Macmillan teams and internal partners to incorporate audio into broader company initiatives.
β’ Recognize holiday-specific or monthly cultural opportunities to promote catalog titles through focused digital campaigns.
β’ A minimum of 2β5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the book publishing sector.
β’ Demonstrated ability to utilize data for making marketing decisions or developing promotional strategies.
β’ A college degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
