Associate, Legal & Compliance Technology Transformation

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year technology transformation roadmap for Legal & Compliance.

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, minimize costs, and enhance scalability.

• Set technology priorities that are in line with business goals.

• Spearhead AI strategy and execution for Legal & Compliance.

• Create, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions and intelligent workflows.

• Assess and redesign comprehensive workflows across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Investor Services, Operations, and Technology.

• Oversee intricate cross-functional projects from initial concept to full implementation.

• Establish capabilities for data governance, reporting, and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering, solution architecture, automation, or digital transformation.

• Proven track record of implementing AI and machine learning solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI governance.

• Experience in designing workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead significant transformation initiatives.

• Outstanding project and program management abilities.

• Capacity to influence senior stakeholders without having direct authority.
