Associate Learning Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build collaborative relationships with business units, subject matter experts, and L&OD personnel to pinpoint learning opportunities and collect source material.

• Lead technical virtual classroom programs.

• Conduct quarterly training sessions for financial institutions on Velera solutions, systems, and services.

• Provide client-facing billable training sessions as necessary.

• Offer management updates regarding development activities, milestones achieved, and potential conflicts.

• Employ diverse training techniques to engage participants and enhance learner retention and performance.

• Assess training effectiveness through observations, feedback, learner retention, and evaluations.

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and assess blended learning using the ADDIE model.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve training content and delivery.

• Ensure training materials adhere to Velera marketing brand style guidelines and design standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in Adult Learning, Education, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.

• Zero (0) to Two (2) years of experience in training and development.

• Familiarity with needs analysis, program development, training delivery, and performance consulting.

• Experience with a learning management system.

• Knowledge of payment processing, Fiserv, FIS, Mastercard, or Visa is preferred.

• Strong awareness of data security practices.

• Proven understanding of adult learning principles and the ADDIE model.

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10%.
