• Oversee incoming leads for potential life insurance clients

• Clarify insurance terminology and assist customers throughout the application process

• Work together with colleagues to address complex client challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dialer-based sales position, with additional preference for life insurance sales experience

• Valid life insurance license

• Driven and ambitious individual

• Willingness to learn within a diverse team environment

• Commitment to achieving success in a target-focused atmosphere

• Capability to collaborate using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Five9

• Naturally engaging communicator

• Receptive to feedback and mentorship

• Availability to work on weekends and evenings
