Associate, Horizons Program – HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

• Embark on your career journey alongside an experienced team of professionals.

• Commence with 12 weeks of extensive training and development.

• Achieve Workday HCM Certification while acquiring expertise in HCM.

• Become part of the Workday ecosystem through client placements.

• Engage in a cohort-based remote program that utilizes foundational skills.

• Professionals in the early stages of their career or those transitioning, eager to acquire new technical skills.

• Previous experience is not required.

• Motivated team players who are keen on making a difference.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, alongside skills in problem-solving and data analysis.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and reside outside of New York and California.

• A completed bachelor’s degree is required by the program start date, and candidates must not be enrolled or intend to enroll in a master’s degree program.
