This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical upkeep of both product and component hardware and software.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services while performing minor repairs on products within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses any identified issues, and escalates matters per established protocols.

• Arranges service appointments and manages all necessary documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the fleet requirements of DN.
