Associate Field Service Engineer – Water Treatment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Carrying out service, repair, and start-up operations of Trojan’s cutting-edge water treatment systems at client locations.

• Conducting electrical and mechanical testing, diagnosing system malfunctions, and assisting clients with the upkeep of their microfiltration and reverse osmosis systems.

• Ensuring the effective fulfillment of both existing and new service contracts while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Commissioning, decommissioning, inspecting, and repairing Aria Filtra Mobile water treatment units.

• Providing contractual services to rental clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and guaranteeing peak equipment performance.

• Carrying out assigned project responsibilities and offering guidance to engineers, colleagues, or clients as necessary, including the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Aria Filtra Mobile Systems.

• Traveling throughout the United States, primarily by air or company vehicle, with occasional trips to Canada and Alaska.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in water treatment or related sectors (mining, petrochemical, power generation, food and beverage).

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and basic computer applications.

• Comfortable working remotely and capable of managing travel arrangements.

• Valid Passport required.

• Willingness to travel: approximately 75% of the time within the United States, with occasional travel to Canada and Alaska, typically departing on Monday and returning by Friday.
