This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver **daily support, administration, and oversight** for clients’ AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Engage in **weekly progress calls** with clients to discuss ongoing issues, upcoming changes, and enhancement suggestions.
• Aid in the design and development of **automation solutions** for monitoring, scaling, and managing cloud workloads.
• Set up and optimize AWS-native and third-party tools that concentrate on **cost efficiency, security, and compliance**.
• Compile and present **monthly operational and performance reports** for client environments.
• Diagnose issues related to compute, storage, networking, IAM, and AWS deployments.
• Assist with incident, problem, and change management processes using internal service management tools.
• Ensure cloud infrastructures adhere to **best practices** for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• **3–5 years** of practical experience in AWS cloud operations or cloud engineering.
• Solid understanding of AWS services such as:
• EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS.
• Experience in designing or maintaining **IaC templates** using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in **Linux/Unix and Windows** system administration.
• Skills in at least one scripting language: **Python, Bash, or PowerShell**.
• Familiarity with monitoring, cost management, and security tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, Cloud Health, Prisma, Dome9).
• Experience with ticketing systems and **Incident/Change Management** processes.
