This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and implement scalable Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines across various applications and platforms.
• Lead the implementation and standardization of DevOps strategies across multiple teams.
• Develop and enhance DevOps frameworks, templates, and reusable components.
• Incorporate code quality, security, and testing into CI/CD pipelines, following DevSecOps principles.
• Facilitate automation throughout the build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support the delivery of microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Manage and optimize the DevOps toolchain, including GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog, and SonarQube.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and advocate for platform engineering practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of DevOps platforms.
• Promote improvements in observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Mentor teams and foster a DevOps culture, emphasizing best practices and a shift-left approach.
• Assist in release management, production deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Total experience of 13–16 years.
• Experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, or CI/CD Automation.
• Strong expertise in GitHub Actions and Jenkins (Must Have), along with modern CI/CD frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in designing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release management.
• Familiarity with artifact management tools like JFrog Artifactory and code quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices, including SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus – Good to Have).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD best practices, and DevOps maturity models.
• Excellent skills in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication.
