This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participating in impactful and strategic conversations to gather insights and disseminate clinical information with designated key thought leaders.
• Communicating acquired insights from interactions with thought leaders to Marketing and other relevant departments.
• Assisting in congress planning initiatives, including making sponsorship suggestions and identifying speakers for product theaters.
• Organizing thought leader engagements for senior executives at local, regional, and national conferences, as well as during regular business operations.
• Conducting in-depth business discussions concerning on-label product information, disease states, and comprehensive corporate overviews.
• Adopting a customer-focused, needs-oriented approach to enhance strategic thought leader engagements.
• Creating and maintaining a list of key thought leaders in the designated geographic area.
• Aiding in the development of thought leaders.
• Supporting speaker bureau initiatives, which include identifying potential speakers, managing contracts, overseeing logistics for speaker training, and providing constructive feedback to enhance presentation effectiveness.
• Assisting with the planning of regional and national advisory boards and councils, offering strategic recommendations for potential thought leader participants and coordinating with selected thought leaders.
• Contributing to monthly field team calls by collecting feedback on speaker programs and peer-to-peer content.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications is advantageous.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in two or more of the following areas: Thought Leader Liaison (current or previous), field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience, with a strong preference for experience in hematology/oncology markets.
• Proficient in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ideally, candidates will have experience with product launches.
