This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee enterprise solution architecture for transformational deployments, including new Braze implementations, platform migrations, and intricate multi-system projects.
• Design and troubleshoot data integration patterns: Create and manage data flows across various systems (CDP, CRM, middleware, and data warehouses), ensuring reliable connectivity and data integrity even in environments where systems lack native communication.
• Establish system architecture within a client’s technology ecosystem and create data models that facilitate connectivity among CDP, CRM, data warehouses, and Braze.
• Advocate for AI/ML applications in customer engagement: predictive analytics, AI-driven personalization, LLM integration, and composable CDP strategies.
• Manage relationships with executive-level clients. Deliver presentations to C-suite executives, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and lead roadmapping and prioritization efforts.
• Conduct solution design reviews and guide the advancement of Stitch’s solution methodologies.
• Address the most challenging client scenarios with structured problem-solving, solution expertise, and alignment with stakeholders — collaborating with Directors to facilitate resolution.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to Senior Technical Architects. Set standards for privacy, compliance, security, and data strategy.
• Shape Braze’s product roadmap based on client requirements. Engage with the Braze technical community.
• Meet quarterly billable targets averaging 32 hours of billable work each week.
• Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and on-site engagements.
• 7-10 years of practical experience in marketing technology and customer engagement implementations.
• 5+ years in consulting, demonstrating success in delivering high-impact results for enterprise-level clients.
• 2+ years of direct experience in people leadership.
• Proven experience in leading teams of 6-8 direct reports or more.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems (CDPs, ESPs, data warehouses, and integrations) with the capability to translate strategy into execution.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performance teams by establishing clear expectations, coaching for development, and ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without the need for employer sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
