This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead the development and execution of tactical initiatives for social media strategies.
• Act as social media advisor to Account staff and external clients.
• Oversee a team of junior staff on various projects.
• Perform social listening research to deliver pertinent insights.
• Design, refine, and manage social listening queries.
• Establish and oversee influencer relationship programs.
• Present paid social planning recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with other professionals and engage in peer education.
• Hold accountability for the financial health of projects.
• Participate in new business pitches as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications/PR.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in an agency or business setting.
• Strong familiarity with the personal and business use of social media.
• Ability to extract insights from social listening data and platform performance.
• Comprehension of the role of paid media within social marketing strategies.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting social media strategies.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Understanding of social media performance analytics.
• Occasional travel required.
