This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive banking transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
• Evaluate existing operations, design future-state operating models, and create actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee transformation projects, governance, and PMOs from strategic planning to execution.
• Facilitate technology-driven transformation, which includes vendor assessment, implementation, and ensuring business readiness.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables and executive-level presentations.
• Establish trusted client relationships and effectively communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Work in collaboration with our AI specialists to integrate AI-enabled strategies into consulting services.
• Contribute to business development efforts and support the ongoing growth of the practice.
• At the Associate Director level, you will also: Manage proposals, scoping, pricing, and client engagement pursuits.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects and the teams responsible for their delivery.
• Cultivate senior client relationships and identify avenues for expanding client engagements.
• Prior consulting experience in delivering business transformation for financial institutions.
• Candidates for the Associate Director position should possess experience in leading engagements and aiding business development within a consulting environment.
• Extensive expertise in one or more of the following domains: retail banking, consumer lending, or credit cards, including servicing, collections, and default management.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within regulated financial institutions, encompassing regulatory change, compliance, operational enhancement, or remediation efforts.
• Capability to work effectively across diverse functions including business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• Preferred experience in a leading bank, lender, or financial services organization.
• Additional experience in Commercial Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is advantageous, but not mandatory.
