This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Engage in a comprehensive planning, cost, and risk management environment
• Create baselines for Project Milestone and Progress tracking
• Evaluate subcontractor adherence to the prescribed scheduling methodology
• Analyze schedule data to identify trends, issues, and areas needing attention
• Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external clients regarding the project schedule
• Oversee schedule reporting, including updates on schedule forecasts and management of schedule contingencies
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction
• At least 8 years of pertinent experience in a scheduling capacity within the construction industry
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of network planning structures and techniques
• Proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or higher, as well as Microsoft Project
• Strong presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication abilities
