
Associate Director – SAP Source to Pay Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Work in collaboration with business and digital team members as well as cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and offer guidance on the effective use of the ERP system.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conceive and deploy solutions that utilize S/4HANA, improving our Source to Pay processes in accordance with the desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development of new and innovative solutions that align with digital and business strategies and common design goals.
• Aid in evaluating options for bolt-on applications and provide recommendations based on functional requirements, the desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
• Support the data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing procedures.
• Document standard solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
• Produce functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows considered within the scope of the Source to Pay program.
• Mentor junior team members in specific areas of the Source to Pay business process hierarchy.
• Ensure that RTX is well-positioned for future success across all functional areas of Source to Pay.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
• Proficient in Source to Pay business processes and possess technical system knowledge in the following areas: Procurement (for products, non-products, and services).
• Accounts Payable expertise, including supplier invoice management and disbursement processes.
• Knowledge of Vendor (supplier) Master Data.
• Experience in Sourcing and Supplier contract management.
• Skills in Supplier collaboration and performance management.
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass.
• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, focusing on system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven experience in leading and communicating with project developers and analysts.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
