This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of manufacturer programs and maintain client relationships.

• Manage and coordinate daily workflows alongside leadership.

• Comprehend and facilitate all patient assistance program requirements with relevant departments.

• Review metrics and reporting daily concerning all program activities and ongoing trends.

• Coordinate data requirements between clients and third-party entities.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration regarding program changes and updates across all departments.

• Handle program-specific SOP management and documentation processes.

• Assist with program change requests for PRM updates.

• Provide on-demand data presentations to the Executive Team as needed.

• Exhibit a strong ability to learn about the specialty pharmacy healthcare environment.

• Communicate and follow up to ensure staff are fully updated on all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs, and company-related issues, changes, or actions.

• Act as the program Subject Matter Expert (SME) during business reviews.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the program.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Prior management experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the service and/or information industries.

• Strong commitment to service, along with a personable and compassionate demeanor.

• A solid understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its interactions with manufacturers and payors.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in managing and tracking data within a complex and sophisticated data process.

• Candidates must reside in the country where the position is advertised.
