This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of global medical initiatives across various functions.
• Propel the creation and monitoring of comprehensive evidence plans and medical strategies.
• Ensure alignment among key stakeholders and facilitate effective communication among teams.
• Create and manage detailed project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Conduct productive team meetings, which include agenda preparation, documentation of decisions and action items, and follow-up tracking in line with project management best practices.
• Craft and present clear, impactful presentations to convey medical strategies, plans, and progress to stakeholders.
• Promote ongoing enhancements within the PMO by pinpointing efficiencies, disseminating best practices, and instituting standardized processes and performance metrics across Global Medical Affairs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, adherence to compliance standards, and observance of relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in drug development within academia, consulting, or the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the hematology/oncology landscape is preferred.
• Experience in supporting Global Medical Affairs activities, such as advisory boards, medical planning, or launch readiness.
• High proficiency in project and program management tools and systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint), including the creation of dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with integrated evidence generation planning is highly desirable.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
