This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the primary integrator for the Capacity Growth Office Supply Chain organization, facilitating business rhythm, data collection, and alignment across functions.
• Engage frequently with suppliers in a highly external-facing role, while preparing materials for the Department of War.
• Assist in supplier strategy, resilience planning, and coordination among engineering, programs, supply chain, and finance.
• Establish and oversee the operating cadence for the Supply Chain CGO, which includes weekly updates, cross-functional reviews, and data consolidation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership, customers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier-related initiatives, ensuring internal teams align to support capacity expansion and resilience efforts.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 9 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading across multiple functions.
• Experience in engaging with suppliers and customers within the Department of War.
• Skilled in synthesizing data and creating executive-ready presentations.
