• Takes ownership and leads the delivery of the Contracting module within CTFS, encompassing sponsor and site contracting, negotiations, and contract-to-financial traceability.
• Develops and implements the launch strategy for the Contracting module, which includes defining scope, success criteria, phased releases, pilot customers, and readiness for general availability.
• Identifies and assesses opportunities to integrate AI-enabled or intelligent capabilities (e.g., automation, decision support, agents, or workflow intelligence) to enhance product efficiency, usability, and customer outcomes.
• Directs product planning and roadmap prioritization for Contracting, balancing customer requirements, business goals, technical limitations, and delivery capacity.
• Addresses organizational, technical, and capability obstacles that affect product delivery, adoption, and realization of value.
• Manages launch readiness tasks for the Contracting module, including documentation alignment, release validation, operational handoffs, and coordination with implementation and support teams.
• Oversees end-to-end product execution, which includes discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, release planning, and post-launch optimization.
• Converts complex clinical, financial, and operational requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Leads essential product and delivery checkpoints, proactively managing dependencies, risks, scope trade-offs, and escalations.
• Reviews development work for quality, completeness, and alignment with product requirements and enterprise standards.
• Facilitates effective defect triage and resolution to uphold product quality and maintain customer confidence.
• Ensures that delivered solutions comply with enterprise SaaS standards for usability, scalability, security, compliance, and upgradeability.
• Offers guidance on decisions regarding configuration versus customization to promote long-term platform sustainability.
• Collaborates closely with engineering, architecture, UX, services, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Manages and coordinates cross-functional activities to guarantee that product initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Communicates product vision, roadmap, progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Resolves complex product issues and coordinates appropriate escalation internally or with customers when necessary.
• Leads and participates in product discovery, including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and validation of market needs.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Sales on the positioning, launch readiness, and messaging of the Contracting product.
• Directs product launch support activities, including customer demos, trade shows, sales enablement, and early-adopter feedback loops, acting as the subject-matter expert for Contracting.
• Monitors product performance, customer feedback, and usage data to guide continuous improvement and roadmap decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business systems roles for SaaS products.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong capability to translate ambiguous business and financial challenges into structured, actionable product solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or financial platforms is advantageous.
