This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Responsible for the OSC cost, schedule, quality, and leading the effective execution of program deliverables and events related to all assembly, sparing, and global systems sustainment.
• Overall oversight of the SCPM team (Supply Chain Program Managers) across the PS portfolio.
• Manage, develop, and guide OSC proposal activities, including task descriptions and BOEs, ensuring affordability, defining supply chain scope, supplier sourcing and development, FAR/DFARS compliance, and expanding team requirements.
• Create assembly plans, make/where plans, and strategic sourcing while improving execution excellence processes.
• Actively collaborate and align with internal prime sensor program leadership and PS Program Area leads to shape and enhance program performance excellence.
• Coordinate and develop OSC requirements for all gate reviews and execute proposed strategies, including experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) reviews.
• Total accountability for the Supplier Management process.
• Design, implement, and lead process improvements that create a robust value chain to support assembly, production, and sustainment programs.
• Leverage strong business acumen in planning and managing the operating budget, schedule, and supplier performance responsibilities.
• Experience in delivering verbal and visual presentations of OSC activities, plans, tasks, and program-level strategic information to internal senior leadership and USG/Commercial customers.
• Provide effective leadership to foster collaborative cross-functional teams on tactical and strategic discussions/initiatives to drive results and eliminate obstacles.
• Experience in developing and executing sole source and competitive proposals through collaboration with various manufacturing and functional teams.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of relevant prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement management under direct US Government contracts and programs within the defense industry.
