Associate Director, Insurance Product Insights, Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and expansion of employer-subsidized (ICHRA) and other growth-focused health insurance solutions.

• Convert enterprise, subsidiary, and market-level strategies into practical product ideas.

• Ensure consistency with core ACA offerings.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from launch to performance enhancement.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Insurance Product Innovation and Development.

• Take ownership of developing and advancing the strategy for employer-subsidized products.

• Lead and support business cases related to new product initiatives.

• Discover and evaluate new growth opportunities in employer-sponsored, individual, and related product markets.

• Establish market-specific strategies for competitive positioning and expansion priorities.

• Collaborate with colleagues to turn strategies into scalable, compliant product designs.

• Ensure that ICHRA and emerging solutions are in line with product architecture, benefit design standards, and member value propositions.

• Foster consistency and reusability through modular product design.

• Act as the main liaison among key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, commercial product strategy, or commercial insurance product management, with a proven track record of leading a team of high-performing contributors.

• Experience in the ACA marketplace, serving various markets, including individual or small group segments.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs.

• Knowledge of insurance product lifecycle management, encompassing design and execution readiness.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
