This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic guidance and innovative solutions across IC Design, IC Analytics, IC Operations, IC Communication, and IC PMO.
• Build and sustain relationships with HQ leadership, Sales leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Develop Incentive Compensation plan alternatives, assess advantages and disadvantages, and provide recommendations.
• Create IC performance KPIs and offer actionable insights based on evaluations of plan performance.
• Formulate innovative solutions to IC challenges while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Execute IC modeling and simulation analytics autonomously, offer technical guidance, and review team outputs for precision and quality.
• Present IC recommendations, performance outcomes, and insights to the Sales Leadership Team.
• Collaborate within the IC team to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, motivation, learning, development, and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Over 8 years of experience in analytics within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Minimum of 4 years in an Incentive Compensation role with notable achievements.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in IC design, analytics, operations, processes, and business acumen.
• Advanced solutioning capabilities with an innovative mindset grounded in field optics and technical viability.
• Commitment to organizational policies, guidelines, operational methods, processes, and timelines.
• Proficient technical skills in IC analytics, including modeling, simulation, and insight generation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical IC data, including specialty and rare diseases.
• Familiarity with data providers such as IQVIA, Symphony, and specialty pharmacies.
• Understanding of Sales Operations functions including forecasting, sizing, targeting, alignment, and call planning.
