Associate Director, Healthcare Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local compliance officer for Germany

• Assist in the creation of the Healthcare Compliance Program

• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulations

• Perform monitoring and auditing of compliance policies

• Deliver training sessions on compliance topics

• Capability to oversee compliance in a highly regulated setting

• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare compliance standards

• Proficient in navigating matrix reporting and management
