This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the Director in overseeing the Government Accounts team.
• Spearhead the creation of annual Go-To-Market strategies for designated accounts.
• Formulate Revenue and Margin (expense) budgets for the assigned accounts.
• Supervise the tasks of designated team members.
• Guide, train, and mentor assigned personnel.
• Represent Government Accounts at internal gatherings, board meetings, and retreats.
• Participate in and present at conferences, trade shows, supplier meetings, client meetings, and other public events.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study AND five (5) years of proven experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related fields.
• A combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and relevant experience totaling nine (9) years.
• Five (5) years of experience in sales and/or sales management.
• Five (5) years of experience in public speaking or delivering sales presentations.
• Proven experience in leading people, projects, or teams.
• Paid volunteer time for employees.
