This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Identifying and keeping an updated list of experts in medical and therapeutic areas, investigator targets, and associated action plans.
β’ Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Hematological Malignancies.
β’ Serving as the primary clinical and scientific resource for information regarding disease states and our products, ensuring awareness and comprehension.
β’ Participating in the development and oversight of company-sponsored clinical trials.
β’ Building scientific relationships with investigators and internal Medical Affairs, supporting the investigator-initiated study (IIS) concept program.
β’ Gathering relevant insights on research advancements and treatment landscapes to influence medical strategy.
β’ Identifying research needs and creating opportunities through collaboration with potential and current investigators and site personnel.
β’ Responding to inquiries for information related to study indications, disease states, and therapeutic areas, and presenting/discussing scientific and clinical data.
β’ Attending medical conferences to collect and report pertinent scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
β’ Ensuring that company policies, procedures, principles, and financial controls are upheld with integrity, while demonstrating professionalism both internally and externally.
β’ A terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP or DVM) is mandatory.
β’ At least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison role.
β’ Proficient knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharmaceutical regulations/compliance practices, and OIG guidelines.
β’ Residency in the assigned territory, along with a valid driverβs license and a clean driving record.
