This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in developing integrated communication strategies and plans that align with Customer Engagement priorities, rooted in a comprehensive understanding of customer-centricity, the dynamics of the pharmaceutical field organization, and the latest trends in healthcare and communications.
• Aid in crafting narratives focused on change and transformation that effectively convey priorities, decisions, rationale, and progress to essential stakeholders.
• Collaborate with transformation and change teams to facilitate communications that enhance clarity and promote the adoption of new initiatives and operational methods.
• Create executive communications content to support business milestones, including talking points, executive briefs, and presentations.
• Generate associate communications that keep both field and HQ-based teams informed, engaged, and aligned.
• Provide support for communications during significant organizational meetings, such as town halls, leadership meetings, and all-field forums.
• Oversee the creation of written and visual content for internal channels, including articles, videos, and digital assets, utilizing both internal and external resources as necessary.
• Assist in managing channels and content calendars to ensure efficiency and coherence.
• Track engagement metrics and feedback to assess sentiment and continuously enhance the effectiveness of communications.
• A Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university is required, preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in internal communications, executive communications, corporate communications, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in supporting senior leaders with executive-level communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in change and transformation communications.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical field communications is considered an advantage.
• Capability to strategically and responsibly leverage approved AI tools and programs to optimize the output of the Communications team.
