This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist in aligning accreditation, state authorization, program assessment, and transfer articulation to ensure that activities in one area inform and enhance efforts in others.
• Support Associate Provosts in converting accreditation, state, and transfer requirements into clear guidance for departments, academic leaders, and governance entities.
• Track modifications in accreditation standards, state policies, and regulatory guidelines to foresee implications for the university and identify risks or opportunities proactively.
• Collaborate with the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and Accreditation to oversee the six-year comprehensive review cycle, mid-cycle reporting, and strategic improvement planning alongside curricular and regulatory processes.
• Provide programmatic assistance for annual assessments to generate cohesive feedback.
• Aid in aligning curriculum and learning outcomes with statewide transfer frameworks, such as TAGs, CTAGs, and Ohio Transfer 36.
• Work alongside academic units and Registrar personnel to guarantee that articulation, equivalency, and outcome alignment foster both compliance and program improvement.
• Leverage transfer and articulation data to enhance curricular coherence and development.
• Help ensure the maintenance of accurate, consistent, and accessible records related to curriculum, accreditation, state authorization, and transfer.
• A Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Public Policy, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of three years of experience in academic affairs, curriculum, accreditation, or registrar functions; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of pertinent experience.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities, particularly in converting complex regulatory or policy requirements into practical guidance.
• Proven data management and database competencies.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, administrators, and external organizations.
