This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, guide, and inspire both in-house and freelance creative professionals across graphic design, animation, video production, and related fields.
• Take ownership of the creative process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and of superior quality.
• Generate and develop campaigns, videos, documentation, presentations, and seasonal creative initiatives that align with marketing and business objectives.
• Implement and uphold brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to enhance the Ncontracts brand across various channels.
• Strategize and execute enhancements to the quality of webinar and podcast production.
• Convey creative concepts and campaign strategies to business stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure that creative output aligns with the company's growth objectives and collaborate with departments on immediate creative requirements.
• Evaluate, onboard, and supervise freelance and contract creative talent.
• Manage the daily workflow of the Creative Team, assign projects, and ensure team capacity is balanced.
• Oversee project scope and modify timelines or expectations as priorities shift.
• Keep abreast of creative, marketing, and industry trends, introducing innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
• Identify and advocate for AI tools and workflows to enhance ideation, streamline production, and scale content generation.
• Foster a collaborative, experimental, and growth-focused creative work atmosphere.
• Over 7 years of professional creative experience, including leadership or management of a creative team.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A robust portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and multi-channel marketing design expertise.
• Proven experience mentoring designers, animators, and video producers while cultivating a collaborative, high-output creative culture.
• Capability to translate growth objectives into creative campaigns, brand strategy, and content development plans.
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and experience in establishing and enforcing brand guidelines across diverse channels.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects on schedule and within budget, while controlling scope creep.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for articulating strategies and concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating, hiring, and managing freelance or contract creative professionals.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with project management tools such as Wrike.
• Ability to balance overarching creative strategy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Experience in enhancing webinar and podcast production quality is a plus.
• Background in B2B marketing and experience in SaaS or financial services is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in design, animation, or video production is a bonus.
