Associate Director, Clinical Operations – Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Leads the Clinical Operations Department, focusing on Clinical Trial Management and Clinical Monitoring.

• Guarantees the provision of high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient clinical trial operations in adherence to ICH-GCP, Federal regulations, SOPs, and other relevant standards.

• Partners with executive leadership for the continuous enhancement of the Clinical Operations Department.

• Aids in the creation and updating of Clinical SOPs and departmental guidelines.

• Ensures that Clinical Research Associate (CRA) resources and other Clinical project resources are consistently sufficient.

• Coordinates the efforts of employees and contract Clinical Operations team members.

• Acts as a representative of Clinical Operations on company-wide project teams.

• Supports the Clinical Operations and Project Team Meetings.

• Generates periodic reports.

• Provides valuable insights regarding Clinical Operations for proposals, budgets, and contracts.

• Recruits and trains Clinical Operations staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.

• At least 10 years of experience in clinical research is mandatory, including significant clinical and line management experience or proven competencies for this role.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills are crucial.

• Proficiency in using computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with others.

• Experience in monitoring within Oncology and other complex therapeutic areas is preferred.
