Associate Director, AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the architecture, design, and engineering implementation of the organization's agentic AI platform.

• Propel the evolution of current products, processes, and workflows into scalable agentic AI-enabled functionalities.

• Manage comprehensive AI engineering operations from start to finish.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps.

• Develop, mentor, and guide high-achieving engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over six years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, software engineering, or prototype development.

• Proficient technical understanding of modern application development, cloud platforms, data, and AI technologies.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional technical initiatives.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and execution abilities.
