This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist Data Managers in daily data management tasks, which include documentation, data processing, and reporting client data.

• Export, clean, and review clinical submission files prior to delivery to clients.

• Assess client reconciliation feedback and take the necessary actions.

• Examine study-specific data outputs against source data and study criteria.

• Investigate discrepancies, communicate results, and document corrective measures.

• Aid in the creation, maintenance, and preparation of Data Management Plans and Data Transfer Specifications.

• Coordinate updates to Clinical Data Management task schedules and ensure timely deliverables are met.

• Monitor and report on study metrics, data issues, and file delivery activities.

• Prepare and format documents, presentations, and templates for the Clinical Data Management team.

• Receive client reconciliation feedback and ensure timely investigations and responses are completed.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready reconciliation and data management documentation.

• Support the maintenance and storage of study documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement and workflow optimization.

• Assist with CAPA activities and resolve issues related to study-specific data management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in working with clinical data.

• Understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP guidelines, and clinical data reporting.

• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.

• Proficient in effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAS and/or SQL is desirable.

• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM standards is an advantage.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a collaborative team setting.
