This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist the primary TAM in observing the health and performance of Varicent solutions for a portfolio of VIP clients.
• Aid in training users on fundamental Varicent functionalities, configuration principles, and best-practice methodologies.
• Engage in the review of new features, fixes, and release notes to evaluate potential impacts on the customer’s environment.
• Help configure Varicent solutions according to documented customer requirements, under the direction of the senior TAM.
• Prepare and distribute monthly summaries of performance, utilization, and support-related metrics.
• Analyze usage of solutions and data trends to identify potential issues or areas for optimization.
• Assist in executing proactive maintenance actions and enhancing solutions.
• Work alongside TAMs and internal teams to resolve errors, investigate defects, and support solution optimization initiatives.
• Discover opportunities for customer value realization and present them to the primary TAM for strategic consideration.
• Participate in customer discussions that position Varicent products as tailored solutions to process challenges, facilitating thoughtful upselling, cross-selling, and expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with the TAM team to foster sustainable customer engagement, project outcomes, and product adoption.
• Assist in planning and estimating tasks within the Technical Success journey, ensuring alignment with available customer VIP entitlements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend change management processes and help recommend enhancements where suitable.
• Work with TAMs to maintain a reusable object repository.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Previous experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data competency, including extensive experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Sales Performance Management domain.
• Strongly Preferred: Practical experience with Varicent software products (administering, implementing, and/or supporting).
• Basic understanding of system configurations, data models, and best practices in data integration.
