This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluate non-disclosure agreements and other straightforward contracts per established playbooks and guidance, enhancing negotiation skills and escalating issues when necessary.
• Oversee contract intake, triage, and routing through defined legal processes.
• Facilitate internal approvals and execution procedures to guarantee timely signing and completion of agreements.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and management information related to contracts and projects.
• Track contract volumes, turnaround times, execution schedules, and overall process performance.
• Generate reports and insights to support ongoing enhancements and operational decision-making.
• Assist in the development, documentation, and continual improvement of legal and contract management processes.
• Create and sustain workflows, process maps, guidance documents, and operational procedures.
• Develop and oversee project plans, action trackers, timelines, and status reports.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; ensure follow-ups and stakeholder accountability.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries regarding legal processes, contract status, and execution procedures.
• Aid in training and awareness efforts related to legal processes, contract management tools, and self-service resources.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a contracts, legal, operations, project coordination, or administrative capacity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Background in a legal department, legal operations function, or commercial setting.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficient workflows, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Keen attention to detail and capacity to recognize risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Capability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and drive them to completion.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with reviewing or managing NDAs and other commercial contracts.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, legal technology platforms, or e-signature solutions.
• Background in supporting process improvement, workflow design, or automation initiatives.
