Associate Clinical Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive clinical supply chain strategy for upcoming clinical trials

• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners

• Ensure timely delivery of supplies to clinical sites

• Manage demand forecasts and packaging schedules

• Launch packaging campaigns in coordination with the designated vendor

• Conduct ongoing budget monitoring activities

• Stay informed about all GxP and regulatory requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or business-related field

• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in Clinical Trials

• At least 1 year of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management

• Practical experience with the IRT (Interactive Response Technology) system

• Ability to showcase strong project management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Fluent in English.
