Associate Clinical Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Produce data to ensure that the perspectives of patients are integrated into the development and marketing of medications and other therapeutic interventions.

• Comprehend and fulfill the requirements of clients, primarily from the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.

• Utilize extensive consulting skills and technical scientific expertise to craft scientifically sound research.

• Implement qualitative methods (such as interviews and focus groups), quantitative methods (including clinical outcome assessments (COAs)/patient-reported outcomes (PROs), and preference research), as well as passive approaches (for instance, digital health technology tools) to gain insights into the experiences and expectations of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding diseases and treatments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, or Social Work, or an equivalent qualification.

• Required experience with psychiatric populations (e.g., schizophrenia, major depressive disorder).

• Required experience in administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
