Associate Clinical Experience Analyst – Genetic Counselor Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical expertise and operational support for the rare disease customer service team at PreventionGenetics.

• Serve as a clinical liaison for both internal and external clients, addressing elevated inquiries.

• Manage the elevation and documentation of Unsolicited Medical Inquiries throughout the product range.

• Deliver product-specific clinical training, which includes content development and collaboration with training teams.

• Work in partnership with laboratory and pathology teams to resolve cases and enhance processes.

• Track clinical inquiry and elevation metrics to identify trends for corrective and preventive measures.

• Investigate escalations, pinpoint process gaps, and suggest retraining or adjustments to workflows.

• Document information in accordance with standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field relevant to the essential duties; or an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of pertinent experience; or a High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for those following the Associate’s Degree pathway.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary for the High School Diploma or GED pathway.

• Capability to use a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and type for about 90% of a typical workday.

• Willingness to work on weekdays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Must be available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, with rotating weekly shifts.

• Ability to sit continuously for extended periods, exceeding 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday.

• Proficient keyboard usage for at least 50% of the workday.
