This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Review, revise, and update assigned content in accordance with scheduled and triggered review cycles, customer requirements, requests, and current healthcare developments such as guideline updates.
• Ensure that content remains accurate, evidence-based, and in alignment with current clinical practice guidelines and standards.
• Assist in editing and updating assigned content during the designated review cycles.
• Oversee assigned projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address content needs and respond to basic clinical inquiries from the Customer Success and Service teams under the guidance of the Clinical Editor.
• Provide support for the JIRA ticket process as necessary.
• Participate actively in team meetings.
• Keep abreast of updates from professional organizations and governing bodies relevant to nursing practice.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Patient Engagement leadership team.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a higher qualification.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in authoring or writing content related to healthcare quality, practice, regulatory requirements, and developing educational materials is highly preferred.
• Have a working knowledge of learner-centered or adult-learning principles, health literacy, and plain language concepts.
• Demonstrate strong research capabilities and the ability to stay updated with advancements in nursing and healthcare.
• Exhibit strong writing skills characterized by a clear and concise style, along with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Show strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Capability to identify, assess, and analyze evidence, determine the highest quality evidence, and apply it effectively when authoring, reviewing, and updating content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to utilize generative AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Able to work independently from home during standard daytime hours, approximately 9am to 5pm ET.
