This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify the appropriate challenges: Prior to any analysis, ascertain what business question needs to be addressed and the decision it will inform. Challenge any flawed questions.

• Data and insights: Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and extract data insights that enhance your team's key metrics.

• Drive outcomes: Present recommendations to your colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations, explaining what is occurring, why it matters, and the subsequent steps to take.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities; adept at extracting, organizing, and interpreting data independently.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Effective and persuasive communicator who can influence decision-making at the leadership level.
