Associate Auditor, External Resource

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with BSI clients to enhance their performance by evaluating their systems and processes against BSI standards.

• Create a comprehensive business report and present it to the client upon the conclusion of each assessment.

• Advise on the issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certificates, while reporting recommendations in line with BSI policy, procedures, and designated timelines.

• Generate assessment reports and communicate findings to clients to ensure they comprehend the assessment outcomes.

• Add value to customers and their organizations by assessing their systems and processes against BSI requirements.

• Continuously improve and maintain the reputation and perception of BSI through exceptional planning, delivery, report writing, and daily interactions with clients and other vital stakeholders.

• Exhibit commercial insight and provide genuine added value when giving feedback to clients.

• Lead assessment teams as necessary, ensuring team members are well-informed to maintain service quality and foster effective working relationships with both clients and team members.

• Build and nurture an effective partnership that secures the commercial relationship and promotes opportunities for business growth and increased client satisfaction within your portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated industry experience, knowledge, or qualifications relevant to the area of expertise.

• Possess a Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and other relevant standards.

• Show understanding of business operations to ensure the correct interpretation of management system standards.

• Proven administrative and organizational capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations effectively.

• Strong emotional intelligence, with the flexibility to adapt style to various situations.

• Effective relationship builder utilizing a personable and consultative approach.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications and computer literate.

• Energetic and committed to fulfilling the role, which can be highly demanding, involving work at different locations daily, client-facing engagements, and constant mobility.
