Associate Attorney – Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial intake and assessment of files, generating strategy and budget within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Prepare civil litigation documents, including discovery materials, dispositive motions, and client correspondence.

• Appear in court throughout California and provide same-day updates to clients.

• Compose, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, and articles for compliance purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.

• Capability to analyze case law and offer insightful recommendations.

• Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing, is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the mortgage sector is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Proficient in conducting internet research, including familiarity with WestLaw and/or LexisNexis.
