Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate effective case strategies that transcend emotional arguments and yield tangible outcomes

• Take charge of court appearances, depositions, motion practices, and trials independently

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels of experience

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, contributing to the growth and success of the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the ABA

• Active bar license in California

• 1–8 years of robust litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation

• Capability to independently manage a complete caseload, from discovery to trial

• Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred

• Knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
