Associate, Asset Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding transactions related to asset management services (US Mortgage).

• Effectively engage with various stakeholders involved in the transaction.

• Consistently deliver error-free work.

• Maintain a quality yield of 100%.

• Achieve the output HRDs established by the business unit for the process.

• Conduct thorough research on high-priority items by investigating complaints and disputes in detail.

• Identify matters that necessitate escalation to a Supervisor.

• Complete all work assignments and projects in a timely manner.

• Foster strong team collaboration and work with colleagues to meet and achieve team and departmental objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the US mortgage industry, particularly in Title curative and Asset management.

• Experience in the mortgage sector.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to communicate with a neutral/American accent.
