This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the initial contact for customers with inquiries related to IT and business applications.
• Deliver professional, efficient, and effective assistance for Unit4 customer cases.
• Advance issues to resolution while collaborating with colleagues and R&D teams.
• Examine, process, and document application defects.
• Identify escalation risks and coordinate additional investigative resources with the Team Leader.
• Manage customer escalations and take responsibility for complex issues.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their issues.
• Adhere to information security requirements, business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
• Investigate, document, and propose process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Spot service enhancement or chargeable activity opportunities and communicate them through the appropriate channels.
• Maintain a personal development plan focusing on product/technical knowledge and soft skills.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate effectively to support colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A background in finance/accounting is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Outstanding customer-facing abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Experience in finance or familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is beneficial.
• Capacity to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capability to operate in a dual working environment.
• Familiarity with a Unit4 ERP module or other related modules is an asset.
• Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow and ITIL is desirable.
• May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects and access to sensitive data.
