Associate Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas for in-depth financial analysis and modeling.

• Create and oversee financial forecasts utilizing both top-down and bottom-up methodologies.

• Execute financial evaluations including MRR, LTV, CAC computations, and fundamental cohort analysis.

• Compile detailed financial documents including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for clients, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.

• Collaborate on financial planning and analysis activities, encompassing budgeting and forecasting.

• Effectively communicate with clients and team members to manage financial data and project updates across various platforms (Slack, Clickup, etc).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project management, and business process analytics.

• Strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of BI tools (Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft BI are advantageous).

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with early to mid-stage startups is preferred.
