Associate Analyst, Business – ROPS

📋 Description

• Executes time-sensitive data entry, conducts root cause analysis, trends data, and performs data querying.

• Compiles findings to present to leadership.

• Designs and implements action plans or process enhancements.

• Manages MFD (More Frequent Dialysis) projects that fulfill revenue cycle tasks through various methods, such as process enhancements and system or workflow improvements; addresses revenue and claims challenges.

• Engages with business partners and affected teams to foster relationships and provide high-level updates on initiatives.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required

• 1-2 years of experience in HIM/Revenue Cycle - Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field – Highly Preferred

• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications – Required

• Experience in data analysis and/or process innovation – Required
