This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in driving demand generation activities through targeted outreach collaborations with the AI GTM strategy team and the demand generation team.
β’ Engage in AI discovery discussions with public sector prospects as well as current Granicus clients.
β’ Aid in identifying customer challenges and potential opportunities for AI and process automation through structured discovery sessions.
β’ Collaborate with BDRs, AEs, and AI Value Engineers during the initial stages of discovery and solution formulation.
β’ Support the progression of opportunities from initial customer discussions to qualification and handoff.
β’ Contribute to pre-sales initiatives such as workshops, demonstrations, onsite working sessions, and pilot projects.
β’ Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline activities and opportunity updates in Salesforce, including notes, next steps, and stage advancements.
β’ Work together with RevOps and Marketing to enhance lead routing, qualification standards, and top-of-funnel efficiency.
β’ Gather customer feedback, use cases, and objections to relay to the Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives across various segments to discover AI opportunities within existing accounts and potential customers.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as pre-sales, solution consulting, customer success, sales support, or business development at a software firm.
β’ Strong enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the capability to clearly articulate business value and customer use cases.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
β’ Curiosity and strong discovery capabilities, including the ability to ask insightful questions and link customer challenges to feasible solutions.
β’ Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative go-to-market setting with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing CRM data and follow-up tasks.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
β’ Interest or experience in the public sector or govtech is advantageous.
