Assoc. Partner, Consult Partner – Security & Resiliency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive impactful financial results through achieving signings and revenue objectives.

• Assist in identifying, pursuing, and converting business development opportunities.

• Conduct scoping and fee negotiations on engagements, ensuring profitability while managing and mitigating risks.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer CXOs, positioning yourself as the trusted advisor to senior executives.

• Lead interactions and consulting initiatives with C-level customers, overseeing the deliverables and outcomes of deal engagements.

• Exhibit credibility and expertise to advise on and execute complex consulting projects.

• Enhance customer satisfaction, as indicated by Net Promoter Score (NPS), and develop new relationships.

• Meet individual and team utilization goals.

• Oversee the design of intricate engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

• Leverage industry and technology knowledge to influence and advance the company's strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in engaging with customers and managing relationships at the CXO level.

• Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.

• A successful history of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector settings.

• Strong financial acumen with a background in driving revenue growth and managing profit margins.

• Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development efforts with senior stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of industry trends and technology.

• Strong personal brand and presence within the industry.

• Demonstrated capability to innovate and implement change.
