Assistenz Finance & Controlling, Minijob / 25h Basis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of invoices and payment transactions – drafting, creating, sending, preparing transfers, and monitoring incoming payments.

• Metrics and KPIs – maintaining essential key figures, generating reports, and conducting small analyses to support our business management.

• Accounts receivable management – overseeing outstanding items, ensuring payment deadlines, and coordinating dunning processes.

• Process optimization – reviewing, enhancing, and documenting workflows within the finance department.

• Email communication – engaging in friendly and professional exchanges with tax advisors, team members, and external partners.

• Payroll processing – collecting data and preparing it for our tax advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, controlling, or accounts receivable management – or comparable experience demonstrating a strong affinity for numbers.

• Structured working style and attention to detail – you identify problems before they arise.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Self-responsibility and drive – you organize yourself without the need for micromanagement.

• Clear and friendly communication in German; English skills are a plus.

• Team spirit and enthusiasm for improvements – you enjoy collaboratively developing processes.
